The history of the Claud Independent Methodist
Church is similar in many ways to that of other
Independent Methodist Churches which have
been established in Alabama and other southern
states. Our Church formed in 1967 and the
building was completed in 1969. We completed
work and opened our Family Life Center in
2005.
We are based in the belief that God is the One
True King. Jesus Christ, his son, paid the
ultimate price for our redemption. The Holy
Spirit lives in those who believe and accept
Christ as our Savior.
Claud Church believes in strong fellowship. We
are all God’s children and feel that fellowship
promotes spiritual growth and unity.
